Account Manager - Reading, UK

We are looking for an Account Manager with a strong background in marketing technology and data management to join our expanding Client Services team in Reading.

The role will be working within Alchemetrics, our marketing technology service business through which we have been building best-in-class solutions for over 20 years. Role Requirements
• Ownership of a group of client accounts to whom you provide great ‘front of house’ service as a primary contact
• Build a strong relationship with your clients and immerse yourself in their business and marketing plans
• Lead the management of new requirements for projects and changes to the Customer Data Platform; acting as a conduit between the client and the Alchemetrics technical teams
• Work alongside the Client Services Support team to run campaign and insight activity and help your clients to optimise the use of their data
• Identify and deliver change to clients that add value and ensures that you are a trusted, go-to person for great ideas and advice
• Maintain commercial control of your accounts, including quotations, client plans, accurate invoicing, contracts and SLAs
• Work to a clear structure with clients to optimise our service delivery, including change management, planning, status updates and client meetings
• Maintain a great knowledge of the marketing industry, data-driven marketing technology and best practices, and share this with clients
• Understand and be able to support your clients on compliance

Skills
• Technical competence – you have experience of managing service and change in martech and data platforms
• Analytics and Audience-profiling techniques – you have a good appreciation of these which you can utilise in your work with clients
• Communication – you love talking to clients and are articulate in written and verbal comms,
• Excellent facilitation skills – you are able to make things happen and coordinate activity across clients, whilst keeping your colleagues informed
• Story-telling – you talk about outcomes and results with clients, not just the technical process
• Attention to detail – maintain great quality to clients across each aspect of delivery and service
• Excellent negotiation and value-sale skills, including forecasting
• Completer-Finisher and output focused

Essential Experience
• Excellent understanding of modern database, direct and digital marketing best practices and solutions
• Experience working with modern martech platforms
• Experience working with customer data
• Established account management experience

Ideal…
• Previous experience working with marketing automation tools such as FastStats and Selligent
• People management experience
• Relevant degree and/or marketing qualifications

Mid-Senior QA/Automated Tester Engineer - Vilnius, Lithuania

Job / Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced QA Analyst to join our expanding IT team responsible for the development and maintenance of our mission critical applications. As a QA Analyst will perform testing activities so as to ensure that the quality of software being released into the Production environment is of a consistently high standard. The QA Test Analyst will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of tests in line with agreed plans and strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Act as a Core Team Member on Alchemetrics projects representing Quality Management
• Analyse requirements to ensure they are testable
• Develop comprehensive and well defined test cases and test scripts and ensure traceability back to requirements
• Execute functional, non-functional, regression and integration test scripts
• Interrogate the underlying databases to extract test data and execute SQL statements to prove test results
• Work alongside dev team in an Agile environment.

Skills:
• Demonstrable experience of writing SQL scripts for data extraction and validation purposes
• BDD / Gherkin
• Basic Unix/Linux bash knowledge

Competencies:
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Keen eye on details.
• Ability to interpret user requirements, detailed technical and functional specifications and apply this information to plan, develop and execute test scenarios and scripts.
• A good working knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proactive, willingness to take the initiative and associated responsibility.
