The role will be working within Alchemetrics, our marketing technology service business through which we have been building best-in-class martech solutions for over 20 years.  As a multi-award winning team, you will have the opportunity to work with an amazing team who have a clear focus on underpinning modern marketing tech and engagement with an outstanding service delivery ethos.

Role Requirements


  • Ownership of a group of client accounts to whom you provide great ‘front of house’ service as their primary contact
  • Work alongside the Client Services Support team to run campaign and project activity and help your clients to optimise the use of the Customer Data Platform
  • Build a strong relationship with your clients and immerse yourself in their plans
  • Identify and deliver change to clients that add value and ensures that you are a trusted, go-to person for great ideas and advice
  • Maintain commercial control of your accounts, including client plans, accurate invoicing, contracts and SLAs
  • Understand and help define new client requirements briefs
  • Work to a clear structure with clients to optimise our service delivery, including change management, planning, status updates and client meetings
  • Maintain a great knowledge of the marketing industry, data-driven marketing technology and best practices, and share this with clients
  • Understand and be able to support your clients on compliance




  • Communication – you love talking to clients and are articulate in written and verbal comms, including briefings, presentations and meetings
  • Decision-making – you are comfortable making decisions and take accountability for the delivery of value to clients and Alchemetrics
  • Excellent facilitation skills – you are able to make things happen and co-ordinate activity across clients, whilst keeping your colleagues informed
  • Story-telling – you talk about outcomes and results with clients, not just the technical process
  • Attention to detail – maintain great quality to clients across each aspect of delivery and service
  • Excellent negotiation and value-sale skills, including forecasting
  • Comfortable operating in a technical environment – understanding and translating
  • Analytics and Audience-profiling techniques – you have a good appreciation of these which you can utilise in your work with clients
  • Completer-Finisher and output focused




  • Experience working with a variety of sectors, for example hospitality, retail and publishing
  • Excellent understanding of modern database, direct and digital marketing best practices and solutions
  • Experience working with modern martech platforms
  • Experience working with customer data
  • Established account management experience




  • Previous experience working with marketing automation tools such as FastStats and Selligent
  • Previous experience working within a martech business
  • Relevant degree and/or marketing qualifications
